WASTE MANAGEMENT

CUTTING TREATMENTS SERVICES
· The cuttings are conveyed from the high G dryer through a screw conveyor.
· The ultra centrifuge utilizes a wedge wire screen that resolves at 667rpm. This exerts a minimum G force of 230 to achieve the solids/liquid separation.
· The baskets rotates around a cone with flight that are used to move the cutting through the unit.
· Cutting drying performance of the ultra centrifuge depends on the properties and composition of the drilling fluid, drill cuttings and R.O.P.
· Liquid are pumped out with a 25.1.5 PCM moineaupump to the decanting centrifuges.
· Solids are dumped in skip (2m ) with a rotating screw conveyor. This system allow to fill three containers, online without any manipulation.
· Technical data from manufactures are from 30 to 45 Tons/hours accordingly with the materials to be processed.
· Waste free upstream experience in instantaneous R.O.P is 330ft/hour in 16” section.
· OCC average=3.90% this represent more than 32 Tons/hour, fluids OBM.
· Fluids 9,31ppg at 3166ft (965m) to 10,34ppg at 9022ft (2750m)
SITE REMEDIATION
JS INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED has specializes in start-to-finish pit management. Our remediation specialist can help you plan the location and design of reserve pits to minimize contamination of fluids and solids in the pits and to make subsequent treatment of waste easier and cheaper.
Adequate pit size, periodic fluids monitoring and recirculation of water for wash and drilling mud make up are factors in every waste free upstream design. Our pit designs also permit isolation rainfall and oil/water-based mud, wash and salt contaminations with our ongoing maintenance and employees awareness programs assures professional management throughout the project.
